John Cena turns his back on Hollywood. The statement still considers WWE a happy home.

John Cena held the position as the face of WWE from 2006 to 2016 but transitioned into a part-time role from 2017 onwards as he has a busy schedule in Hollywood now. However, despite his Hollywood obligations, Cena claimed that he will always prioritize WWE over Hollywood.

The Leader of Cenation has been wrestling less as he focuses on his expanding acting career. His last match at WWE Crown Jewel ended in a rare loss to Solo Sikoa, and he hasn’t been seen on WWE television ever since.

While speaking on a recent edition of the Insight podcast, Cena was asked about transitioning from WWE to acting and in what role he feels that transition was made official. WWE’s Greatest of All Time stated that he’ll never stop seeing as a member of WWE’s ‘family’ before anything else.
“I don’t think I’ll ever not be a member of the WWE family first… from my perspective, the switch has never happened. You know me, I always speak fondly of WWE, my time and experience there.”

Cena acknowledged the impact of fans, both supporters and critics, in shaping him as a performer. He expressed gratitude for navigating through polarizing audiences, emphasizing that this journey has taught him about self-worth. Cena concluded by affirming his continued allegiance to the WWE family.
“I can’t tell you how much the audience has made me the man I am today. Having to deal with all the polarizing audiences. We’ve seen a lot of performers not be able to do that and to have to do that for so, so long, it teaches you about you and you really go through a journey of self-worth, so I don’t think I’ll ever not be WWE family first.”

John Cena also recently hinted at his 17th World Title run. It remains to be seen when The Leader of Cenation will make his return to WWE television, as fans have been missing him dearly.
