Except, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris weren’t running the White House in 2008. That didn’t happen until 2020. The man said: “We launched a restaurant in 2008. The Biden-Harris administration helped make that dream come true.” Uh, no they didn’t. Geroge Bush was technically president and Barack Obama won the 2008 election, but didn’t take over until January of 2009.
