President Biden displayed more concerning behavior during a recent speaking engagement with the nonprofit organization Vote to Live.  Ever since the disastrous presidential debate that unfolded late last month, Joe Biden has been under increased scrutiny, particularly within the Democratic Party, where many speculate as to whether he is fit to serve a second term.

As Biden is wrapping up his speech, the music appears to preemptively cut on before he concludes his remarks to the crowd.  “God bless you all and may God protect our troops,” Biden said as the music kicked in before he finished speaking.  The president then scours the crowd with a stern expression before shuffling off to the side of the stage, breaking into a momentary jog before making several stiff gestures toward the audience.

While seeming confused, the president walked back to the microphone, not finished addressing the crowd.  “We can do this folks.  We’re the Democratic Party, we can do it.”  Biden then exits the stage, walking toward the exit to meet a staffer.  RNC Research posted the footage to X, writing, “Biden gets cut off by the music, then wanders around before eventually locating the exit and shuffling away.”

During this speech, Biden displayed concerning behavior that many have suggested is a sign of a deteriorating cognitive state. For example, the president shuffled around on the stage, demonstrating a very stiff and rigid gate, which experts claim can be a sign of a neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson’s. Reports that a Parkinson’s expert has visited the White House eight separate times further fuel this speculation.

Substantiating this sentiment, The American Tribune reported on commentary from Dr. Tom Pitts, who recently appeared on NBC, offering his expertise on Parkinson’s and the implications of President Biden’s behavior.  Notably, Dr. Pitts is a Democrat, which would ostensibly remove any political motivation to falsely diagnose the president.

“Oh, yeah, I see him 20 times a day in clinic. I mean, it’s ironic, because he has just this classic features of neurodegeneration. I mean word finding difficulties, and that’s not, Oh, I couldn’t find the word that’s from degeneration of the word retrieval area,” the doctor responded when asked if he had seen any red flags in Joe Biden.

“Loss of arm swing, standing up robotically. You notice when he turns, it’s kind of end block turning. It’s not a quick turn … That’s one of the hallmarks of Parkinson’s is rigidity and bradykinesia, slow movement. And he has that hallmark, especially with the low voice he said was a cold hypophonia, a small monotone voice like this over time is a hallmark of Parkinsonism. I could have diagnosed him from across the mall,” the Parkinson’s expert added.  Watch the Biden incident below:

While conservative have continually raised concerns about Biden’s health throughout his presidency, it appears that Democrats have retreated from trying defend the president with the same intensity they have over the past couple of years.  Some Democrats have even given up on Biden as a their candidate altogether, calling for him to step aside.
