A popular TikTok star has received a notice from her husband, stating that he will not be around for the next 30 days because of the upcoming 2024 NCAA football and NFL seasons.

TikTok star Haven Presley posted a video on her account, noting that she’s “been served” with a notice that she won’t have a husband for 30 days due to the upcoming beginning of college football and NFL season.

The letter states that the husband should be allowed to participate in watching football games without “undue disruption to the boss’s activities, household peace and general safety.”

The conditions state that he is to watch football from 11 to 11 every Saturday, on Sundays from 12 until the conclusion of the final game (the Sunday night game usually concludes around 11:30 p.m. EST), Mondays from 8 to 11 and Thursdays 8 to 11, plus playoff games and Super Bowl 59.


The 2024 NCAA football season begins on Aug. 24, while the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens will kick off the 2024 NFL season on Sept. 5. at Arrowhead Stadium.

This season marks the first year of the 12-team College Football Playoff format, with the national championship game scheduled for Jan. 20 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The 2024 NFL season will conclude on Feb. 9, with Super Bowl 59 taking place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.
