Adam Sandler is gearing up for the return of “Happy Gilmore” — and he could not be more pleased with Eminem joining the fun.
The actor/director recently confirmed that “Happy Gilmore 2” is ready to roll, with the sequel aiming for a summer release in July. Speaking on The Dan Patrick Show, Sandler revealed that the production had wrapped last Friday and shared some high praise for one of the film’s surprise cameos: Eminem.
Sandler said:
I’ve known Eminem for a long time, and he’s a great guy. He came in and was funny as hell. We hung out all day, and he just nailed it. He said a million things we can use, and we’re so glad we had him on tape.
While Sandler did not spill details about Eminem’s role, his enthusiasm made it clear that the rapper brought something special to the set. Fans will find out exactly what when “Happy Gilmore 2” hits theatres this summer.
Eminem continues to dominate as the most-watched artist on YouTube in the UK, holding his position despite intense competition.
In the ever-changing music scene, one name remains consistent: Eminem. The rap legend continues to lead as the most-watched artist in the UK across all genres, week after week.
Juice WRLD followed suit with a posthumous release, climbing 11 positions to No.2. Despite the late rapper’s resurgence, Eminem maintained a comfortable lead, with over 1.5 million more views than his closest competitor.
As new artists rise and established names show strong numbers, Eminem’s enduring popularity proves he is still the one to beat in the UK.
