Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill was handcuffed outside Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium just hours before the Dolphins were scheduled to kick off against Jacksonville.

Hill was eventually released and went on to play in Miami’s 20-17 victory.

Following the victory, Hil spoke to a reporter about his day, from when he left home to being detained to having a monster game.

Before Sunday’s game, Hill was detained by police outside Hard Rock Stadium for a driving violation.

Things got so bad that Tyreek Hill was handcuffed and put face down on the ground by the police, but he was still able to play in the Week 1 game.

His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said Hill received a ticket for reckless driving while he was going into the stadium.

“The most upsetting part is the way that he was treated. Tyreek is not a guy that should be at his own stadium in handcuffs,” Rosenhaus said. “We’re going to look into it. This isn’t over on our end.”

Tyreek Hill Celebrates TD With Handcuff Move Hours After Being Detained by Cops

Tyreek Hill won’t soon forget the start of the 2024 season.

After being detained, his day ended with a comeback win against the Jacksonville Jaguars, which featured a “handcuffs” celebration after he scored a key touchdown.

The Dolphins played the Jacksonville Jaguars in their Week 1 game at Hard Rock Stadium.

Hill found the end zone in the third quarter against the Jaguars as he was connected on an 80-yard score from a pass delivered by quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

After scoring, Hill celebrated by putting his arms behind his back with his wrists together.

Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce all but confirmed that he’ll never come out of retirement after revealing a remarkable offseason body transformation.

Though he was still at the top of his game last year, Jason Kelce decided to hang up the cleats on his illustrious career that will lead to a spot in the Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility.

Because Kelce was playing at a high level in his age-36 season, many fans can’t help but wonder if he’d come out of retirement and return to the Eagles — especially if they’re in Super Bowl contention.

But during an interview with the Associated Press, Jason Kelce made it clear that a comeback is not happening. Kelce cited that the Eagles won’t be calling him back after his drastic offseason weight loss:

“They’re not going to call me to come back and play center at 260 pounds, and I’m moving on to the next thing and I’m excited to watch Cam (Jurgens). I really think Cam is going to be tremendous this year. He’s going to really show people how great of a player he is.

He was good for us last year at right guard and he’s going to flourish at center. And for me personally, my days of playing are just done and I do not foresee any scenario taking place other than maybe medicine inventing a way to get rid of arthritis that I would ever entertain coming back at all anymore.”
