The gymnast of the moment, Simone Biles, lived one of the most important memories of her life in when she married Chicago Bears player Jonathan Owens, in a ceremony in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
The “queen of gymnastics”, who has a total of 9 gold medals, and Owens, met in 2020 and two years later they got engaged. However, this is not something that was seen like a good thing for a while for a close member of her family.
Adria, Simone’s older sister, had a hard time seeing her with Jonathan as her attention was divided and she felt left out at times and it was a while before she could live with the fact that she had to share her sister.
It was not easy for her
Adria opened up about this past situation during a conversation with Chris Osmond on YouTube. She talked about her initial feelings when Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens first started dating and she did not hold back.

“I’m like so annoying because I’m like, ‘That is my sister’. Like I’m so selfish with her because I’m literally like, ‘That’s my baby’. And so when she met Jonathan, I wasn’t happy,” she admitted she thought way before the couple got married.
“Like I knew he was a good guy, and I knew they were great, but I was like, ‘You’re taking my time away from her’. Like I felt so annoyed and so like to be honest, me and him didn’t get along. I was just like being a brat. Now, obviously, I love him,” she said with a smile on her face.

Sha’Carri Richardson made sure to remind people that she is still that girl with her performance in the women’s 4×100-meter relay.
Team USA’s women’s relay team will compete in the 4×100-meter final all because Richardson showed why she was made for the big stage.
Sha’Carri Richardson bailed the women out from a near collapse on Thursday in the Olympic 4×100 relay. She overcame a German runner in the anchor leg to help the Americans win their heat and advance to the gold-medal race.
Amid that run, Richardson could be seen staring at Rebekka Haase as she quickly passed her up on the track.
