Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have done nothing wrong since they began dating in the summer of 2023.

Kelce may be in the midst of his love story with Swift, but he had one big mistake with a comment on his podcast.

On the Dec. 11 episode of his podcast, New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was asked by a caller where the “absolute worst” place to take a woman on a date is.

Travis Kelce admitted that while strip clubs might not be the best date idea, they do have good food.

“I don’t know, man. I’ve only thought of good date ideas, I’ve never thought of the worst. I feel like I can make anything shake,” Kelce admitted.

“Maybe don’t take her to the strip club,” the 35-year-old stated.

“Although some strip clubs do have really good wings I have heard. Don’t know anything about it.”

That tongue-in-cheek comment at the end could prove to cause issues since Travis Kelce is well aware that he cannot frequent any strip clubs while in a relationship with Taylor Swift.

It should be noted that Kelce also said that you should consider your date’s interests and hobbies. “If she’s not into sports, don’t take her to a f—ing sports game,” he noted. “There’s nothing worse than trying to teach somebody about something they don’t want to be taught about.”

Taylor Swift Reportedly Has Strict Rules In Place For Travis Kelce

Travis Kelce has been thrust into the spotlight even more since he started dating Taylor Swift.

Six months into their relationship, Swift was said to be comfortable enough to set some ground rules.

A source told Life & Style that Swift asked Kelce to stay away from strip clubs. In November 2023, Kelce was seen wearing a shirt from a famous Las Vegas strip club.

He reportedly had zero problems with that rule.

However, Swift also reportedly asked Travis Kelce not to pose for pictures with any female fans, something he wasn’t a huge fan of.

According to DailyMail, he is reportedly expected to Facetime Swift and not text whenever they are apart and has had to improve his wardrobe with a $500k allowance provided by Swift.

An insider told Life & Style that the globally known musician “doesn’t want to control him”, she “just wants to help” to build a stable relationship.

Leanna revealed that the player didn’t tickle her fancy as he wasn’t her type, so she left him with the crickets. Of course, he got through eventually.

She also admitted that she has the proclivity to blow up when things don’t go her way.
