Social media detectives believe they’ve uncovered the very moment where Nick Bosa cursed himself and the San Francisco 49ers in what has been a disastrous 2024 season.
Nick Bosa and the 49ers entered 2024 with sky-high expectations, having barely lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime of Super Bowl 58. But Thursday’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams dropped San Francisco to 6-8, essentially ending any realistic hopes of making the postseason.
The 49ers have to win out to have any chance, and even that feels unlikely given how they’ve played this year. The Rams (8-6) and Seattle Seahawks (8-5) are both in contention for the NFC West division crown, and at least one of them is guaranteed a winning record since they meet again in Week 18.
After the 49ers lost, social media detectives pointed out that the 49ers have gone 2-4 since Nick Bosa endorsed Donald Trump with a “Make America Great Again” hat following the team’s Week 8 win over the Dallas Cowboys.
The #49ers are 2-4 since Nick Bosa put that stupid hat on his head.

Nothing defines MAGA more like their corrupt fraudulent leader ringing the opening bell this morning at the NYSE and markets falling right after.

Bosa was fined $11,255 by the NFL for violating their rules regarding the display of a personal message and non-sponsored brand.
Nick Bosa’s 49ers Have A Lot To Sort Through In 2025
There have been calls for the 49ers to move on from head coach Kyle Shanahan and GM John Lynch, but that feels unlikely given the team’s success under their leadership.
The team must decide on wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who’s entering the last year of his contract. Quarterback Brock Purdy is entering the final season of his rookie deal, but he hasn’t played well enough to justify a significant long-term contract extension.

LeBron James has long been accustomed to the praise and criticism of being a superstar. The Los Angeles Lakers star has faced scrutiny not only for his performance on the court but also for his family, particularly his son, Bronny James. Through it all, the 39-year-old has maintained his composure.
However, it seems LeBron’s patience has reached its limit. On Wednesday, the Lakers legend announced on his X account that he would be stepping away from social media.
“And with that said I’ll holla at y’all! Getting off social media for the time being. Y’all take care,” LeBron tweeted.
The announcement surprised NBA fans, especially given the Lakers’ stellar start to the season. With a 10-4 record, the team holds the third spot in the Western Conference. The team recently defeated the Utah Jazz in a thrilling 124-118 victory.
LeBron’s decision to log off has sparked mixed reactions from fans. Some view it as a strategic choice to focus entirely on his game and help the Lakers contend for another championship.
