The 2024 ESPYS celebrated the best in sports, so people like Kay Adams, who speaks about sports, were in attendance.

Kay Adams, the popular host of “Up & Adams” on FanDuel, made headlines when she attended the ESPY Awards in Los Angeles and stole the show with her outfit.

Adams could be seen on the red carpet posing in a long-sleeved white top that was short enough to show off her abs. She completed the look with a long gold-pleated dress.

Known for her lively demeanor and passion for sports, Adams continues to draw in fans with the type of outfits she wears to her job and while she is on vacation.

Just a few months ago, she traveled with her show to cover all the latest NFL Draft news from Mexico.

Kay Adams Spoke On Massive Career Change After Leaving NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football”

Kay Adams has made a number of career-changing moves, but none was bigger than her departure from the NFL Network.

Adams has led her own daily NFL show, Up & Adams, for FanDuel TV after leaving NFL Network in 2022 via Wikipedia.com.

She left NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football” in May 2022 after hosting the program for six years.

She explained in a wide-ranging conversation that “I knew last year that I wasn’t coming back to ‘Good Morning Football.’ My contract was up. I didn’t want to renew because I just wanted to try something different,” she said per New York Post.

Before these moves, in 2018, Kay Adams joined the DAZN boxing broadcast team, hosting each fight night broadcast on the live and on-demand sports streaming platform.

There’s a rumor going around that Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders has six NFL teams on his wish list as he heads into what is likely his final season of college football.

Assuming he declares for the 2025 NFL Draft next year, Shedeur Sanders is expected to be one of first quarterbacks selected. Sanders, Georgia’s Carson Beck and Texas’ Quinn Ewers are the consensus top three QBs eligible for the 2025 NFL Draft.

The NFL Rookie Watch X/Twitter account stated that Sanders would like to play for either of the following six NFL teams: The Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, San Francisco 49ers or Washington Commanders:
