Katie Austin, a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie of the Year, clearly gets her good looks from her mother, Denise Austin.

Not many might be informed, but her mother, is the famous fitness instructor, Denise Austin.

Denise is 67 years old, and she has kept her body in incredible shape, and we have the pictures to prove it.

Katie Austin’s mother took to her Instagram and posted a selfie of herself in two-piece workout gear that perfectly showed off her curves.

She looked like a woman who was more in her 40s than approaching her 70s.

Fitness pro Denise Austin regularly shares easy workout moves for women over 50 and she once shared her “number one” exercise for targeting “menopause belly.”

“Here’s another menopause belly move for you this week…it may be an old move but one of the MOST effective when it comes to target toning your tummy,” Austin captioned the video. “This single exercise works your whole core…start with 30 seconds, and the more you do them the longer you will be able to last…give these a try today and you’ll feel it tomorrow!!”

In that video, you can see Denise Austin on a yoga mat while wearing a matching yellow workout set.

To perform the move in the video, she lays down on the mat with her hands behind her head, lifting her legs and shoulders off the floor. She then alternates which knee she brings in toward her chest to crunch her core.

As for her daughter, Katie Austin became married in May when the Sports Illustrated model tied the knot with her husband, Lane Armstrong.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie of the year, a former college athlete, and fitness guru, got married in La Quinta, California, surrounded by as many as 230 guests.

Katie Austin has been following in her mother’s footsteps since she launched her own on-demand fitness platform years ago.

The legendary pair teamed up earlier this year for an in-person experience to honor where they took Global Wellness Day to New York City to teach two workout classes.

Sydney Sweeney caused a major stir online a few days ago, posting some incredibly racy pics to Instagram that have since attracted well over four million likes.

The actress shared some images of herself hanging out on a boat in a tight black and white wetsuit that showed off her backside. Three of the photos gave users a great look at said body part while another one showed her covering her face while laughing. The last one shows her chilling with friends.
