Chrissy, 38, went with a black dress with a low V-neckline and an accompanying gold body chain that fell down the center of her chest.
In a selfie video uploaded to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, the TV personality said she was using the chain to distract from her scars.
“Date night. Very rare but it happens,” Chrissy told followers as John entered into the frame from behind.
Chrissy and John are parents to four children: Luna, Miles, Wren, and Esti.
Chrissy then pushed over one of her boobs to reveal the red scar underneath.
“Boobies out. Scars out,” the Lip Sync Battle host said.
“Wear a body chain, it hides it… kind of.”
MAGIC NUMBER 3
Chrissy addressed her “boob lift scars” earlier this year as she exposed her bare chest in a see-through dress.
She shared photos alongside John as the two stunned in glamorous outfits.
“When the flash hits your boob lift scars,” Chrissy wrote in her Instagram caption.

BOOB REMOVAL
Chrissy revealed on Instagram in 2020 that she was going to get her implants removed.
“I’m getting my boobs out! They’ve been great to me for many years but I’m just over it,” she said.
“I’d like to be able to zip a dress in my size, lay on my belly with pure comfort! No biggie! So don’t worry about me! All good. I’ll still have boobs, they’ll just be pure fat.”
In an interview with Glamour UK, Chrissy also showed regret over getting breast implants at the age of 20 when starting her modeling career.
“It was more for a swimsuit thing,” she admitted.
“I thought if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.”
Chrissy said she wished she had gotten a lift instead of implants.
“I want them out now,” she said in 2020. “If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift.”
Chrissy noted that the idea of needing to replace implants every ten years or so made her seriously consider the risks of surgery.
