Tom Brady got destroyed by fans online after his media credentials were exposed in a selfie on Sunday night.
The former NFL quarterback will be in stadiums around the country this season, but in a very different capacity, having been hired by FOX Sports as an analyst. Still, executives at the network might be sweating as the seven-time Super Bowl winner has teased a comeback in recent times.
He was in the building for a practice run when the Cowboys played the Browns last weekend, and he was back for another test run in the Saints-49ers game on Sunday night.
Unfortunately for Brady, his accreditation was exposed in a selfie on the night, and the internet got a real kick out of it, given that he did not bother taking a new photo.
As you can see in the photo below, his old NFL headshot is what’s on there. That now the tweets been deleted.
Before the tweet was deleted, fans had many things to say.
“nah wth 😭😭😭😭,” one wrote in disbelief.
“What a nerd…” another wrote.
“Bro is living the dream,” said another user.
“Fact that this dude even needs credentials is laughable,” someone pointed out.
“Insane Flex,” one comment read.
“The GOAT doesn’t need credentials,” another read.
Tom Brady Had An Enjoyable Sunday Night
Brady quite enjoyed himself on Sunday night. He called part of the contest, wetting his feet again, but was chatting with players and even threw passes in the buildup as he seemed to relish the opportunity to be part of a game atmosphere.
The former QB may have very well played for the Niners last season had Kyle Shanahan been more convincing, but it appears his playing days are well and truly over now.
Or are they? You can never really tell with him.

An Amish woman quite expertly recreated one of the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders’ dance moves, and is going viral online.
The Cowboys’ dancers have been front and center lately since they are featured in a new Netflix series.
The show has seen several cheerleaders trend online since, with the “Thunderstruck” routine taking on a new streak of popularity – so much so, an Amish woman has been doing the rounds online for pulling it off.
“What happens behind the barn stays behind the barn,” read the caption to the original TikTok video, which has since been deleted.
Fortunately, it found its way to X/Twitter before being taken down and can be seen below:
