Carmelo Anthony’s ex Mia Burks shares pictures of their daughter Genesis Harlow Anthony on her social media from time to time. In her latest post on Instagram, Burks posted a series of pictures, including that of her daughter rocking a space buns hairstyle.

The first picture that Burks posted was a mirror selfie in a black jacket over a grey t-shirt and paired the style with a fur hat. Along with a few pictures that included memes, screenshots of Kendrick Lamar’s “Luther” song and one of her in a black dress, she posted a picture of her daughter.

Genesis stood facing the camera to her right, showing off her adorable space buns hairstyle.

Genesis Harlow is the second child of Carmelo Anthony, after his eldest son Kiyan Anthony, who he shares with his ex-wife La La Anthony. Genesis was born in 2017, the same year Melo and La La split for the first time.

La La and Carmelo Anthony filed for divorce in 2021. However, they continue to raise their son together.

Carmelo Anthony’s ex Mia Burks could not hide her pride watching her daughter show early signs of academic excellence. On Nov. 25, Mia Burks posted a picture of her daughter Genesis Harlo Anthony solving mathematics questions.

She posted a picture of the solutions that Genesis had provided for the puzzles related to ordering numbers from lower to higher. Genesis had perfectly rearranged the numbers in an increasing order. In the caption of the post, Burks proudly revealed that her daughter was solving maths problems from a grade higher than hers.

“still practicing math a grade level above 🤓,” Burks proudly wrote in the caption.

Even after seven years since the birth of his daughter, Melo has reportedly never spoken about her in public. However, Genesis’ picture was featured in his retirement video.

According to a report by Page Six in 2017, Mia Burks met Carmelo Anthony at a nightclub in Chicago. It was one of Burks’ former friends who later revealed that she worked in the education sector and they had been dating for a few months before the pregnancy news came out.
