ShahAhmadi captured the public’s attention during Georgia’s 22-19 overtime victory over the Longhorns in the SEC championship game.

The 32-year-old truly stole the show during ESPN’s coverage of last Saturday’s SEC championship game between Georgia and Texas, but it did not take long for men everywhere to become devastated when finding out one detail about her personal life.

“I love you. Marry me?” one person wrote to Ashley ShahAhmadi on X, according to People.

Another person said they were “devastated” upon learning ShahAhmadi is already spoken for.

The reporter is married, as the social media user posted a zoomed-in photo of her engagement ring and wedding band on X.

“After replay assistance, I am devastated,” they wrote.

The Emmy Award-winning sports journalist stole the show wearing a sleeveless brown top and matching miniskirt while she appeared on screen at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta to host the evening’s Dr. Pepper halftime challenge.
