A PLASTIC surgeon claims he’s saved hundreds of relationships by sculpting designer vaginas.
He says his surgical tweaks have helped women have more orgasms while also battling the dreaded “camel toe.”

Dr. Hani Sinno says it’s an “honor and a privilege” to trim drooping labia, bring back sensitivity, and give women the physical and mental boost to have a fulfilling sex life.
The Harvard-educated surgeon says the demand for labiaplasties has doubled in the past 10 years, fuelled partly by the skin-tight leggings trend loved by celebrities including the Kardashians.
In fact, The U.S. Sun previously reported about how micro-bikini-loving some stars may be getting surgery for a “Barbie look” down there.
But it’s not just for aesthetic reasons.
Some women come to him with labia that measure up to 8 centimeters (3.4 inches) long and experience pain from the excess skin rubbing against clothing and seats.
By removing this thicker tissue and keeping the soft, pink, sensitive tissue, patients’ confidence is boosted and their sensitivity is enhanced in the bedroom, he said.
“I’ve seen an increased demand for labiaplasties — it’s doubled in the past 10 years,” said Dr. Sinno.
“People have become more empowered to discuss their sexuality and plastic surgery.
“It’s an honor and privilege knowing I’ve helped transform women’s sex lives.
“In some cases, it even saves relationships because women are now able to have the sex lives they want.
“Imagine now a woman is enjoying sex. Imagine now a woman is so confident that she wants sex and achieve orgasm.
“Their confidence in themselves and in the bedroom changes completely.
“One of the biggest pleasures in life is sex, it’s a reality we all enjoy.”
CAMEL-TOE-NO
The dad of two and founder of Dr. Sinno Plastic Surgery Clinic said form-fitting athleisurewear, including high-rise leggings and shorts, is a fashion trend that is fuelling demand for the surgery.
“In the past 10 years, we’ve had a rise in the athletic, muscular type of body,” said the doctor, who is based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
“You see this on Instagram and TikTok, these models are all working out and always in leggings.
After their surgery, their whole aura changes and this can be seen in their follow up.

“The ‘aesthetic ideal’ is when the minora is slightly shorter than the majora.
“Having surgery makes women feel more comfortable wearing leggings and bikinis because there’s no more ‘camel toe.'”

But Dr. Sinno says that women aren’t just coming to him for aesthetic reasons.
They also schedule appointments to improve their daily lives, as son suffer pain from something as simple as sitting down.
“Labiaplasty involves multiple different medical and aesthetic improvements,” Dr. Sinno said.

“Many women have a genetic predisposition to have long labia, labia that project outwards.
“When they hang more, they rub more and when they rub more there’s a thickening component to them.
“When they thicken, they become discolored and become black, leathery, and less sensitive.
“Then it also becomes uncomfortable functionally for example something as mundane as sitting in a car to things like sitting on a bicycle or going horseback riding.
If someone has an aesthetic labia, I refuse them, as they don’t need it.

“We see this genetically, but we also see this with age and also very commonly after pregnancy and delivery.”
Once they undergo surgery, he said, women “gain self-confidence” and “report a dramatic improvement in their sex life.”
“[It’s] not just with pleasure form penetration but also from oral sex,” he said.
“Before doing their surgery, many women can feel shy to show their genitals if they feel like they are less than ‘perfect.’
“After their surgery, their whole aura changes and this can be seen in their follow up.”
It’s a job Dr. Sinno takes incredibly seriously, even turning some patients away if he feels “they don’t need it.”
“It’s not black and white. If someone has an aesthetic labia, I refuse them, as they don’t need it,” he said.
