Former NFL quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick destroyed an ex-teammate with the perfect comeback after the latter tried body-shaming him via social media.

Fitzpatrick, known as Fitzmagic in his playing days, shared a hilarious exchange with erstwhile running back Matt Forte, whom he played with for the Jets in 2016, late Sunday night. It all started when the former RB took to X/Twitter and posted that he did not understand teams running on third or fourth downs from the shotgun.

“I still don’t understand the 3rd/4th down run from shotgun 🤦🏽‍♂️,” he shared.

“As someone that has a lot of credibility because I have led an NFL team in rushing for an entire season, I agree,” Fitzpatrick replied.

“Which is why you got the magic coined to your name… to be able to do what you did in the NFL while being shaped like Chris Farley on Billy Madison is an incredible feat 😂,” Forte Joked.

“You’re just still jealous after all these years I wore your jeans, boots and glasses better than you did,” Fitzy shot back.

Ryan Fitzpatrick Had A Photo To Back It Up

Of course, the former QB had a photo to back up his claim, adding a locker-room snap showing him shirtless with sunglasses, white pants, and green boots presumably belonging to Forte.

What a filthy comeback, right!?

Imagine having to go through that twice.

Fans absolutely loved it.

“Legend! This is why we love you fitzy!!” one wrote.

“The perfect man doesn’t exi—,” someone added.

“Just when I thought I was done with X…this man comes knocking!” a comment read.

“He’s not wrong boys,”

“Want to see what peak male performance looks like? We’ve got it right here,”

Social media can be amazing sometimes; the above is a prime example.

Usually, some of Bradshaw’s more outlandish statements are overlooked, but this was too much for people to ignore.
