Casual fans of any athletic sport may believe that racing is one of the most minor sports. However, a former NASCAR driver, Danica Patrick, may have something to say about those false assumptions.
Patrick, who also drove in the IndyCar, stays in shape through her retirement. The 42-year-old took to her Instagram story to show off her workout routine, and it’s safe to say that her gym attire may have gotten some fans talking.
In the screenshot captured from the former racer’s Instagram story, she can be seen in the gym bent over next to her weight collection. It seems the racer is not only still extremely flexible but may also be able to outlift any challenger.

Danica Patrick Bent Over In New Instagram Workout Post
Patrick was interviewed by Sports Illustrated back in 2016, and she mentioned her ridiculously intense workout routines, something most fans don’t recognize that race car drivers have to do to be at the top of their games.
She mentioned that her routine included an impressive 30 minutes to an entire hour of straight cardio. “I do not do that anymore,” Patrick said. She noted that she now only does 10 minutes at most at the beginning of her workout.
She also noted that she does a lot of CrossFit and circuits now that she is done. It seems like it’s working for the 42-year-old model, like a former racer.
Even though her on-track career may have ended, she is enjoying her summer before heading back to call NASCAR and Fomula1 races in the fall.
Travis Kelce’s Dad Ends Kanye West’s Career With Five-Word Message On Social Media Over Nasty Lyrics About Taylor Swift And His Son
The father of Travis Kelce is piping hot mad. He took to Facebook to post a Daily Mail article spotlighting a lyric on Kanye West’s long-awaited Vultures 2 album with Ty Dolla $ign that mentions Taylor Swift.
Kanye featured a lyrical reference to Taylor Swift’s romance with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. “I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce,” Lil Wayne raps on the track “Lifestyle (Demo).”
“Mental illness on full display,” Ed wrote in response.
Honestly, those lyrics are quite tame to what we have heard in the past.
Taylor Swift and Kanye West have not been on the same page for years, which started with West interrupting Swift’s acceptance speech at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards.
