Defeated Stephen Nedoroscik Finds Special Role in DWTS Return Alongside Rylee Arnold!

Big news, folks! Stephen Nedoroscik, the pommel horse legend, is hitting the road again! He’s going to co-host the “Dancing with the Stars: Live!” tour, which will make stops all over the country. One of those stops? The Bryce Jordan Center on January 23. Nedoroscik, who made it to the finals and placed fourth on DWTS with his partner Rylee Arnold, is bringing his moves to the stage. He became a household name after his amazing performance at the Paris Olympics, where he scored two bronze medals for the U.S. with his pommel horse routine. Now, he’s taking that momentum to the dance floor in a different way!

Fans can expect appearances from stars like Emma Slater, Brandon Armstrong, Alan Bersten, Britt Stewart, Daniella Karagach,  Pasha Pashkov, Ezra Sosa, Gleb Savchenko, and Jenna Johnson, among others. The tour kicks off on January 7, so if you’re thinking about going, don’t wait too long to grab those tickets!

So, you’re probably wondering what this “Dancing with the Stars: Live!” tour is all about, right? Well, it’s a huge deal with 81 shows lined up for 2025, and it’s making a stop in Boston at the Boch Center Wang Theatre on January 16 and 17. The tour kicks off on January 7 in Richmond, Virginia, and wraps up on April 5 in Los Angeles. Fans can expect to see amazing new numbers created by Emmy-winning choreographer Mandy Moore, plus some of those viral season 33 routines that blew up on TikTok. It’s gonna be a dance party, for sure!

As for the cast, Graziadei and Johnson will be performing between January 21 and 26, and again from February 25 to March 13. Looks like Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold’s friendship will last forever, especially after that final dance!

Fourth place, but a win in friendship, Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold’s DWTS story

Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold had one amazing DWTS experience on the last day—the two did the freestyle to Coldplay’s Viva la Vida and got 30! But even with that, they were fourth in the season 33 finale when they could have easily won. However, their DWTS story is not over yet. Stephen is a lucky man to go on the DWTS tour next year; however, he did wave goodbye to Rylee, his one and only dance partner. “Rylee, I feel so lucky to have had you by my side. Your positivity, kindness, and determination made every second of this experience worthwhile,” he said, recounting their moments on DWTS.

Their trip was made even more memorable because they assisted each other in personal development as well as artists. From being a gymnast to a dancer, Rylee takes credit for influencing Stephen, who walked in with no prior dancing experience. He said that she “took the stiff electrical engineer gymnast and turned him into a dancer.” The energy their synergy had was like the underdog hero movie. Rylee, on her part, always regarded Stephen as much more than a dancing partner or a friend. “You are my best friend, and it’s just so cool to have that,” she said, talking about friendship. For Stephen, who even experienced strabismus dances, it became a symbol of not only victory over the disease but also a growing bond between him and Rylee, who has Type 1 diabetes.

In the last performance, they presented gymnastics-oriented freestyle, where they received 30 points, but regarding judges’ scores and people’s votes, they took fourth place. Still, the experience was meaningful. Rylee said meeting Stephen was the best part of her season, crediting his outlook on life for changing her. “He really just changed me in a lot of ways,” she said. Stephen was just as grateful, saying, “I don’t think anyone else could’ve taught me as well. She’s so patient, and I’m grateful for everything she did.” They began not only as dance partners but, by the end, turned into a family.  It’s the kind of bond you don’t expect to form on a dance show, but they did, and it’ll last long after the show wraps.
