Meek Mill’s friend Michael Rubin, a co-founder of the REFORM Alliance and CEO of Fanatics, made some comments that got him in a ton of trouble regarding Meek Mill.

Appearing on The Breakfast Club earlier this week, the billionaire Fanatics founder was defending his friend and business partner against claims from the internet who were calling him gay.

That is when Michael Rubin brought up black culture and what he doesn’t like about it.

“When I see the narrative of a really good friend of mine like Meek […] there’s not one gay bone in his body so why do people want to lie about that? Why do people want to change the narrative to try to hurt him?” he said.

“Look, I’m just being blunt because it’s me. It’s the one thing I’ve learned about Black culture that I don’t like: Black[-on-Black] hate […] It’s horrible.”

Rubin, who is also close with JAY-Z, Travis Scott, Lil Baby, and many others, got chastised by his friend Meek Mill when he took to X to speak on his comments.

The Fanatics founder and philanthropist found himself in so much hot water that someone close to him even called.

At that point, Michael Rubin had to send out an apology for his words.

“I got a phone call from one of the people I have the most respect for in the world,” Michael Rubin tweeted on Thursday following his comments on Black people hating on other Black people.

“They told me while they appreciate my intention, it’s not my place to speak on Black culture. I get it and really appreciate the input! My intention was to say how important it is that we need to uplift each other, stop hate on each other, and push each other to win, and always root for each other’s success! My bad, Much love and appreciate the feedback [two heart emojis]. @breakfastclubam @djenvy @cthagod @LorenLorosa.”

Michael Rubin Got Slammed By Rapper ScHoolboy Q

ScHoolboy Q was not here for Michael Rubin’s latest remarks on The Breakfast Club.

The Fanatics mogul gave thoughts on the Black community when he said, “Look, I’m just being blunt. It’s me, It’s the one thing I’ve learned about Black culture that I don’t like is that Black hate on hate.”

Rubin used the example of Black on Black hatred with people referring to his good friend Meek Mill as gay.

Rubin stated numerous times throughout the Breakfast Club interview, “there’s nothing wrong with being gay,” but he also said more than once, “he (Mill) doesn’t have a gay bone in his body.”

ScHoolboy Q had a lot to say, taking to X and releasing the following tweets, “YOU KNOW WAT I DONT LIKE ABOUT U NERS? I HATE WHEN U ERS BE ACTING LIKE N***ERS…basically,” which was deleted almost as soon as it appeared. But then in another tweet he wrote, “NO SUCH THING AS BLACK ON BLACK ANYTHING.”

The father of Travis Kelce is piping hot mad. He took to Facebook to post a Daily Mail article spotlighting a lyric on Kanye West’s long-awaited Vultures 2 album with Ty Dolla $ign that mentions Taylor Swift.

Kanye featured a lyrical reference to Taylor Swift’s romance with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end. “I twist my Taylor spliffs tight at the end like Travis Kelce,” Lil Wayne raps on the track “Lifestyle (Demo).”

“Mental illness on full display,” Ed wrote in response.

Honestly, those lyrics are quite tame to what we have heard in the past.
