After numerous videos and comments about President Biden’s age and mental capacity to be president took the internet by storm during his trip to Normandy for the 80th anniversary of the D-Day invasion, President Biden returned to the United States and raised eyebrows and comments with yet another video that critics latched onto, claiming it showed him looking not fit for the presidency.

That video cam from the Monday, June 10 White House “Juneteenth” event. That event took place in the evening of the Monday despite occurring well before the actual holiday, which takes place on June 19th. President Biden was accompanied at the event on the White House lawn by Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband.

In the video of the event that emerged, President Biden stands around looking, critics contend, somewhat dazed and confused. While numerous others around him, including Vice President Harris and her husband, Doug Emhoff, dance to the music that booms out, President Biden stands, mostly unmoving, with his hands out in front of him and looking around somewhat confusedly.

Predictably, President Biden’s opponents were quick to use the video to claim he isn’t mentally competent enough for the job. For example, one MAGA account on X, “USA Features Media,” posted the video and wrote, “The Biden “where am I” stare. Democrats running this man again for president is worse than disgraceful. The party has lost what little remaining morality it had left.”

Similarly, another account that goes by the name “Expose Them” claimed that the clip of Biden is worth than the other recent clip of him that is floating around, saying, “This clip of Joe Biden at the Juneteenth celebration is arguably worse than the other one going around. The guy is completely lost; watch his face go blank from sensory overload.”

Even the much more mainstream account, Austrialia’s “Sky News” media company, noted that Biden looked like he froze during the event and slurred when speaking to the crowd, saying, “President Biden appeared to freeze during Juneteenth celebrations at the White House, and began slurring his words when speaking to the crowd.”

And, in another video of the event, this one showing Joe walking ouf of the White House and to the event, he was looking “dazed and confused,” his critics contended. The RNC Research account, for example, said, “Crooked Joe Biden, escorted by Kamala, shuffles out of the White House for his Juneteenth event — dazed and confused, as usual.”

This isn’t the first time that Biden has been accused of looking “dazed and confused.” When President Biden spoke alongside Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, addressing healthcare costs in America in April, the conservative X account managed by the Republican National Committee, RNC Research, posted footage of the speech with the caption, “Biden – dazed and confused – shakes hands with socialist Bernie Sanders, ignores questions, shuffles right back out the door.”
