Caitlin Clark is an admitted diehard fan of Taylor Swift.
The reigning Rookie of the Year and just named Time Magazine’s “Athlete of the Year” hasn’t had the chance to meet the global pop icon, but she has met her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
That all might be changing very soon.
Clark had a very big year thanks to a breakout rookie season in the WNBA, and now she may have a burgeoning friendship with Taylor Swift.
The Indiana Fever guard was named Time’s 2024 Athlete of the Year on Dec. 10th, and the story on her noted that Swift gave her four bags of “Eras Tour” merchandise along with a sweet note.
Swift told Caitlin Clark in her note that she and her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, were excited to see Clark play in person since the “Eras Tour” was winding down, according to Time.

Taylor Swift also invited Clark to attend a Chiefs game with her.
Clark is also a fan of the team.
The 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year attended back-to-back “Eras Tour” concerts at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis last month, where she would meet Kelce and Swift’s mom, Andrea Swift.
Taylor Swift Is Now Free To Attend Chiefs Game
It’s been no secret Swift has been making the rounds at several different sporting events since she began dating Kelce in 2023.
Many games she had to miss due to her hectic Eras Tour schedule.
However, those dates finally came to an end last Sunday, and now she is free to attend games.
The remaining games are as follows: at the Cleveland Browns, home against the Houston Texans, at the Pittsburgh Steelers, and at the Denver Broncos.
The only games she has attended are home games at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce has always performed well under pressure on the football field, but he’s reportedly struggling with the stress of a significant personal life decision.
Travis Kelce has been in a well-documented relationship with Grammy Award-winning singer Taylor Swift for over a year. For several months now, fans and media outlets have speculated on Kelce potentially popping the question soon.
According to a report from RadarOnline, Kelce is feeling the “pressure” of picking out the right engagement ring (reportedly in the $12 million range) for his girlfriend and is stressed about perfecting the proposal.
Here’s what a source told the outlet:
“Travis doesn’t want to fumble this one. He’s been putting a lot of pressure on himself to make every detail of this proposal perfect, especially the ring.”
“The rule is the ring should be worth a good three months’ salary, so he’s looking to spend some $12 million on it. No one’s going to be able to call him cheap…The actual proposal is also stressing him out. He’s not the type to do things halfway, so he’s been brainstorming the perfect location – and it all has to be a big surprise.”
Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift first went public about their relationship early in the 2023 season. The beloved singer essentially confirmed their romance when she attended the Chiefs-Chicago Bears Week 3 contest at Arrowhead Stadium.

Swift attended 13 Chiefs games last season, including their three AFC postseason victories and the Super Bowl 58 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas, Nevada. She wraps up her “Eras” tour in Vancouver, British Columbia on Sunday night.
Kelce’s Chiefs sit atop the AFC with an 11-1 record. They’ll host the AFC West rival Los Angeles Chargers on “Sunday Night Football” tomorrow.
Travis Kelce & Chiefs Are Pushing For A Three-Peat
The 35-year-old Kelce isn’t playing up to his usual standards, with only 75 receptions for 637 yards and two touchdowns thus far. But keep in mind that Kelce had an up-and-down 2023 regular season, only to return to vintage form in the postseason (32 catches for 355 yards and three touchdowns in four games).
No team in NFL history has won three straight Super Bowls, and only three clubs have made it to the big game three years in a row (the 1971-73 Miami Dolphins, 1990-93 Buffalo Bills and 2016-18 New England Patriots).
The Chiefs are among the favorites to win it all again this season. We’ll see in the coming weeks how their three-peat bid plays out.
