The series, which will debut on October 16, sees Kelce taking on the role previously held by comedian Jeff Foxworthy in the show’s previous iteration as Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?

One of the upcoming series’ contestants, actor Garcelle Beauvais, recently revealed that Kelce was visited on-set by his partner, and pop sensation, Taylor Swift.

“She did come on set,” Beauvais told ET.

“Not the day I was there but she came. I think it’s really sweet!”

Such support while at work is nothing new for the happy couple.

Swift attended numerous Chiefs games last season both home and away.

Often seated alongside friends, including teammate Patrick Mahomes’ wife Brittany, as well as Kelce’s mom Donna, Swift became a regular fixture in the executive suites.

She even jetted back from the Tokyo leg of her Eras Tour to cheer him on in Las Vegas during their latest Super Bowl win.

As for Kelce, he too has put in the miles to support Swift, traveling to Singapore, Argentina, France, The Netherlands, and Germany to watch her concerts.

In London, he even took to the stage at a packed Wembley Stadium – much to the crowd’s delight.

Now back in the US, Kelce is preparing for the 2024 NFL season, which the Chiefs are scheduled to kick off on September 5 when they host the Baltimore Ravens.

Kansas City will have their eyes firmly fixed on New Orleans in February where they have the chance to become the first team to ever three-peat at the Super Bowl.

But long before then – in fact a day before the first Week 7 game – Kelce’s long-awaited gameshow hosting debut will hit the air.

Thankfully for all the Chiefs fans and Swifties waiting to see how he performs, the early signs are extremely promising.

“Can I tell you – he was fantastic!” Beauvais revealed.

‘A great escape’

Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid thinks Travis Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift is “a great escape

Kelce and Swift have been constant presences at each other’s events, and Reid shared that he thinks they enjoy getting out of the spotlight.

“He can handle it. I think there’s a great escape for him,” Reid told the Athletic.

“I said that about Taylor too. I mean, she comes to the game, she can kind of escape having to be the show.

“And when he goes to her concerts, she’s the star and he can be hanging out there and be the support or the waterboy.”

“He didn’t overdo it, he didn’t undersell it. He was himself, he was fun and it was great!”

Promotional photos recently released by Prime Video revealed another five of the upcoming contestants.

Comedian Nikki Glaser, former NFL stars Ryan Fitzpatrick and Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, actress, and producer Lilly Singh were all seen in the snap

As reported exclusively by The U.S. Sun in April, Kelce is set to receive $1.8 million per season for the series.

This will reportedly drop to just $750,000 after taxes.

“The deal is for two seasons and there’s an option for the third and more if the money is good,” the source told The U.S. Sun.

If Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity? and a new NFL season wasn’t enough for Kelce’s fans to be excited about, they will also soon get to see his acting debut.

Kelce is set to star in American Horror Story creator Ryan Murphy’s new FX series, Grotesquerie.

A recent trailer for the series gave viewers their first brief glimpse of Kelce in character, leading to huge excitement from many.
